Kylie Minogue has hit success with Aphrodite.  The Goddess of Pop, saw her debut album Kylie hit #1 in the UK this week 22 years ago and now 22 years later Aphrodite has hit #1 in the UK with sales just shy of 80,000 copies more than twice her closest competition.  She is also the first female solo artist to have a #1 album in 4 consecutive decades (80s, 90s, 00s, 10s).

But her success has just been limited to the UK with the album also being #1 on Billboard's Europeans Chart and #2 on the World Chart.  She continues her success with #2 in Australia, Spain, and Switzerland.  She hit #3 in Austria, Belgium, France, and Germany.  Even more surprising and exciting, she hit #19 on the Billboard 200 in the United States to be in the top 20 for the first time since Fever in 2002.
