Kylie Minogue has announced that she has begun recording her eleventh studio album.  This confirms earlier rumors of her in the studio and a possible album in 2009 or 2010.  She also said during the interview, following the launch of flaship TOUS store in Barcelona, that she also hoped to tour following the album.
