USA demands more Kylie

The United States has demanded to see more of Kylie as pre-sale tickets are sold out.   A second date was added for New York City within hours of the first date being sold out.  Now a third date has been added for the 13th of October.  In addition a second night has been added on the 1st of October in Oakland, California.
